Direct Deposits
Introduction
Direct deposit will be referred to in this process as “SimpleACH.” SimpleACH is a component of SimpleConsign, the consignment software system we use at Transitional Design.
SimpleACH uses a secure third‑party payment processor, ensuring that neither Transitional Design nor SimpleConsign stores or has access to your bank account information.
how to set up your Direct Deposit
1. Login into your Consignor account (click here).
2. Look for “SimpleACH” option will appear at the bottom of the Consignor Access left-hand navigation menu. See image below for location example.
3. Click SimpleACH to initiate the setup process. The initial prompts will guide you through connecting your account.
4. To proceed, enter your email address, first name, and last name, then click Continue.

5. You will be prompted to enter your bank account information, including your routing and account numbers, as these details are required to facilitate direct payment to your financial institution.

6. After confirming that your bank information is accurate, select Add Bank to link your account to SimpleACH.

7. This connection will now enable the SimpleACH feature for future payouts.
FAQs
Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding our use of direct deposit for consignment payments.
Important note: Once an ACH payment is processed, it cannot be reversed unless the payment fails, typically due to incorrect bank information entered into SimpleACH. ACH payments may take 2 to 5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Tip: Consignors who consign at multiple, unaffiliated stores will need to create separate ACH accounts using a unique email address for each account.
