Direct Deposits

Direct deposit will be referred to in this process as “SimpleACH.” SimpleACH is a component of SimpleConsign, the consignment software system we use at Transitional Design.

1. Login into your Consignor account (click here).

2. Look for “SimpleACH” option will appear at the bottom of the Consignor Access left-hand navigation menu. See image below for location example.

3. Click SimpleACH to initiate the setup process. The initial prompts will guide you through connecting your account.

4. To proceed, enter your email address, first name, and last name, then click Continue.

5. You will be prompted to enter your bank account information, including your routing and account numbers, as these details are required to facilitate direct payment to your financial institution.

6. After confirming that your bank information is accurate, select Add Bank to link your account to SimpleACH.

7. This connection will now enable the SimpleACH feature for future payouts.

Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions regarding our use of direct deposit for consignment payments.

  • You’ll have faster access to your funds. Although payouts will continue to be processed on the same schedule as before (around the 10th of each month), you will no longer need to wait for a check to be mailed, deposited, and cleared by your bank.
  • In addition, you will no longer need to make trips to the bank to deposit a check, nor will you risk incurring any check‑cashing fees from your financial institution.
  • Environmentally friendly: This process eliminates the use of paper, ink, and envelopes.

  • Yes. The fee for this convenience service is $3.00 per transaction, which covers associated bank charges. By comparison, the processing fee for issuing and mailing a paper check is $5.00.

  • No, direct deposit is not mandatory. It is an optional service we provide to make payouts more convenient and efficient for our customers

  • Typically, it will take 2 to 5 business days for your payout to appear in your bank account.
  • Please note, there may be a delay if a bank holiday falls on or near our scheduled payout date.

  • Direct deposits eliminates the risk of checks being lost or stolen.
  • Our consignment system uses a secure bank‑to‑bank payment platform called “Dwolla” to ensure that all digital transfers are protected.

  • No one at Transitional Design, nor any team members at SimpleConsign, can view or access your banking information.
  • If you need to make any updates to your banking information—such as adding a new account or correcting an error in the account details—please note that only you are authorized to make these changes. Kindly follow the instructions provided above to complete the update.
